Hell is hereby officially present

Paris-Roubaix: just the title alone is enough to conjure goosebumps. Undisputed as a classic, the commonly known ‘Hell of the North’ is one of the most heralded races on the cycling calendar.

Taking place between Paris and the town of Roubaix on the French – Belgian border just north of Lille, comes 260km of winding roads full of cobblestones, mud and rough-as-hell terrain. For the winners, godlike status awaits.

In 2019, Specialized brought out the brand new Roubaix for their teams and athletes at the event. The result? 8 of the top 10 bikes at the hell of the north were Specialized Roubaixs, including the winner, Philippe Gilbert.

If Saturday pre-ride registration and classics-conquering bikes are your thing, we’ll see you for a fiesta of cycling on June 22, 2019. Allez!
