Gourmet finish line food festival

Get ready to excite your taste buds upon finishing the inaugural RBC GranFondo Silicon Valley and experience gourmet food, music, and smiles. Join fellow riders, family, and friends at celebration plaza to enjoy the culinary diversity that the Silicon Valley and Greater Bay area has to offer. The menu is carefully curated by Four Seasons Silicon Valley Executive Chef Martin Morelli and presented in a street food festival style.

Menu items include:

Polpetini with rotelle pasta – house made bite size meatballs, wheels shaped pasta, san marzano tomatoe sauce, calabrian chili, parmigiano reggiano

Short rib burger – aged cheddar, arugula, tomato marmalade, garlic aioli, crispy onion. Served with potatoes chips. Mini chooped salads.

Pizza margherita – mozzarella di buffala, san marzano tomatoes, fresh basil, extra virgin olive oil.

Pizza Amatriciana – guanciale, calabrian chili, red onion, parsley oven baked egg, pecorino fiore di sardo.

Plus! Cocktail, beer, and wine bars. There will also be a live DJ creating an afternoon chill vibe while you enjoy the festivities.
