Kits are available for purchase online, during registration at ccn.com and limited supply will be made available during the event at package pickup.

You will be able to select your preferred shipping option at checkout. If you purchase your merchandise before April 6th you will receive your product(s) by early to mid June.
Alternatively, you can elect to pick up your kit at the event Expo during package pickup on September 9th, 2022.
The right fit is essential and we understand that different brands don’t fit exactly the same. Please consult the Safetti fit and sizing page to get an idea of what you need.

Please note that if you chose to customize your jersey with your name and reason to ride you will not be able to exchange your merchandise.
o you got your jersey and it doesn’t fit, now what? Simply pop it right back to our fulfillment centre. Once it is received we will send you back the new requested size. We can only accept exchanges if the product is in its original condition. You will need to cover any additional shipping costs.

With the jerseys being made to order, once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to do a refund. If the kit doesn’t live up to your standards, we can offer store credit or exchange. If there are issues or concerns with your order, please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist.
Please note that due to the intimate nature of our shorts and bibshorts that all sales are considered final.
We do ship internationally.
International orders are shipped via Canada Post and usually take 10-14 Business Days, though it can be delayed through customs and international travel. If your order is being shipped outside of Canada, please be aware that you may be responsible for customs and duties fees which will be requested and collected from your country’s customs agency.
Our shipping charges are based on the number of items and whether you are located in Canada, North America or further afield. We reserve the right to adjust our shipping and handling charges, should an order be larger than a typical parcel, if this happens a member of our team will be in touch to discuss what options are available prior to making any changes.
Absolutely. We provide a 30-day price match guarantee. If you purchase an item from us and see the same piece discounted within 30 days, you may request a credit to your original form of payment by emailing us at [email protected]
