Kits are available online and (in non-pandemic years) during the event.
Have a look through our FAQ and if you still have a question just fire us an email at [email protected]. Due to Covid-19, we are now operating a skeleton team with email being monitored on a once-weekly basis.
Due to Covid-19, we’re rolling over our 2020 merchandise program into the official kit for 2021. All orders placed before November 2020 will be delivered pre-Christmas so you (or your loved ones!) have something awesome to unwrap. Unfortunately due to the pandemic, we are unable to deliver items before this date.
Normally yes, but due to Covid-19 this is sadly not possible.
The right fit is essential and we understand that different brands don’t fit exactly the same. Please consult the Jakroo fit and sizing page to get an idea of what you need.
If the fit isn’t quite right, you can exchange it for the right size, just check out our exchanges information below.
So you got your jersey and it doesn’t fit, now what? Simply pop it right back in the mail to our office and once it is received we will send you back the new requested size. We can only accept exchanges if the product is in its original condition. You will need to cover any additional shipping costs.
With the jerseys being made to order, once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to do a refund. If the kit doesn’t live up to your standards, we can offer store credit or exchange. If there are issues or concerns with your order, please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist.
Please note that due to the intimate nature of our shorts and shorts that all sales are considered final.
We do ship internationally. International orders are shipped via Canada Post and usually take 10-14 Business Days, though it can be delayed through customs and international travel. If your order is being shipped outside of Canada, please be aware that you may be responsible for customs and duties fees which will be requested and collected from your country’s customs agency.
Our shipping charges are based on the number of items and whether you are located in Canada, North America or further afield. We reserve the right to adjust our shipping and handling charges, should an order be larger than a typical parcel, if this happens a member of our team will be in touch to discuss what options are available prior to making any changes.
Absolutely. We provide a 30-day price match guarantee. If you purchase an item from us and see the same piece discounted within 30 days, you may request a credit to your original form of payment by emailing us at [email protected]
