Kits are available online and during the event. We will have some pop-up stores throughout the year at different locations, but supplies are limited and we don’t always have all the sizes available.
Have a look through our FAQ and if you still have a question just fire us an email at [email protected]. Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 9-5pm and we endeavor to return all emails within 1-2 business days.
Orders placed before December 1st can be either picked up at our retail storage in Vancouver (details will be in your confirmation email) or if you select shipping they will be mailed out on December 2nd. Please note that while items will be mailed out on the 2nd, we cannot control the mail and there is always the chance that packages are delayed, so we cannot guarantee their arrival for Christmas, but we will do our best.
Order pick up will take place on December 4th and 5th from 3 pm to 6 pm. If you are unable to make it during these hours please select shipping, additional pick up days will not be added until the new year.
Orders placed between December 1st and 17th will be mailed out within 2-3 business days of your order. Please note that after this period our office will be closed and we will be unable to fulfill any orders until the new year.

Yes! Kits will be available throughout the year at RBC GranFondo events and of course the Velospoke Bike Expo. As dates are set for these we will update the FAQ here as well email anyone with items to pick-up with all the info. Check us out on our website and social media to stay up to date on these events. The stock may be limited, so it is always best to order online and guarantee that you get your size and colour.
Please note, that due to the volume of sales, we are unable to offer a pickup option from our office. All orders set to pick up will be collected at the Velospoke Bike Expo Merch Booth in September 2020.
The right fit is essential and we understand that different brands don’t fit exactly the same. Once we have the first batch of the kit, we will work to get samples out to local stores, so you can find your perfect Jakroo size. Until then, consult the Jakroo fit and sizing page to get an idea of what you need.
If the fit isn’t quite right, you can exchange it for the right size, just check out our exchanges information below.
So you got your jersey and it doesn’t fit, now what? Depending on your location there are a couple of options. You can either pop it right back in the mail to our office and once it is received we will send you back the new requested size. If you happen to find yourself close to our office, you can schedule a time to drop by and do the exchange in person. We can only accept exchanges if the product is in its original condition.
With the jerseys being made to order, once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to do a refund. If the kit doesn’t live up to your standards, we can offer store credit or exchange. If there are issues or concerns with your order, please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist.
Please note that due to the intimate nature of our shorts and shorts that all sales are considered final.
We do ship internationally. International orders are shipped via Canada Post and usually take 10-14 Business Days. If your order is being shipped outside of Canada, please be aware that you may be responsible for customs and duties fees which will be requested and collected from your country’s customs agency.
Our shipping charges are based on the number of items and whether you are located in Canada, North America or further afield. We reserve the right to adjust our shipping and handling charges, should an order be larger than a typical parcel, if this happens a member of our team will be in touch to discuss what options are available prior to making any changes.
Absolutely. We provide a 30-day price match guarantee. If you purchase an item from us and see the same piece discounted within 30 days, you may request a credit to your original form of payment by emailing us at [email protected]
