Kits are available online and during the event. We will have some pop-up stores throughout the year at different locations, but supplies are limited and we can’t guarantee that we will always have all the sizes available. To ensure you get your fit buy online and pick it up at the 2020 VeloSpoke Bike Expo or one of our PrimaFondo events.
Have a look through our FAQ and if you still have a question just fire us an email at [email protected]. Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 9-5pm and we endeavor to return all emails within 1-2 business days.
If you purchase before February 29th 2020, you have some options.
- Pick-Up – Once the order is placed and we confirm the delivery timeline for the 2020 kit, we will reach out to everyone who has selected this option. We will have several dates available through the spring and summer including our PrimaFondo events at Red Truck Brewery (June 6th and August 8th). Pick-up dates in March and April will be confirmed once the order has been made, while the location will be near our office at King Ed / E25th, Vancouver. If none of these dates work, you can always pick it up at our 2020 VeloSpoke Bike Expo.
- Delivery – If you select this option, your order will be shipped to you once we have received the order in mid-March.
If you purchase after February 29th 2020, please note that we will not be offering shipping until after the RBC GranFondo Whistler due to increased international demand. You will need to pick-up your order at one of the locations mentioned above.
Yes! Kits will be available throughout the year at RBC GranFondo events and of course the Velospoke Bike Expo. As dates are set for these we will l email anyone with items to pick-up with all the info. Check us out on our website and social media to stay up to date on these events. The stock may be limited, so it is always best to order online and guarantee that you get your size and colour.
The right fit is essential and we understand that different brands don’t fit exactly the same. Once we have the first batch of the kit, we will have samples, while supplies last, at our PrimaFondo events. Until then, consult the Jakroo fit and sizing page to get an idea of what you need.
If the fit isn’t quite right, you can exchange it for the right size, just check out our exchanges information below.
So you got your jersey and it doesn’t fit, now what? Depending on your location there are a couple of options. You can either pop it right back in the mail to our office and once it is received we will send you back the new requested size. If you happen to find yourself close to our office, you can schedule a time to drop by and do the exchange in person. We can only accept exchanges if the product is in its original condition. You will need to cover any additional shipping costs.
With the jerseys being made to order, once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to do a refund. If the kit doesn’t live up to your standards, we can offer store credit or exchange. If there are issues or concerns with your order, please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist.
Please note that due to the intimate nature of our shorts and shorts that all sales are considered final.
We do ship internationally. International orders are shipped via Canada Post and usually take 10-14 Business Days, though it can be delayed through customs and international travel. If your order is being shipped outside of Canada, please be aware that you may be responsible for customs and duties fees which will be requested and collected from your country’s customs agency.
Our shipping charges are based on the number of items and whether you are located in Canada, North America or further afield. We reserve the right to adjust our shipping and handling charges, should an order be larger than a typical parcel, if this happens a member of our team will be in touch to discuss what options are available prior to making any changes.
Absolutely. We provide a 30-day price match guarantee. If you purchase an item from us and see the same piece discounted within 30 days, you may request a credit to your original form of payment by emailing us at [email protected]
