The kit is currently only available online through our store. This summer we will be bringing the kit out to our Prima Fondos and then to the Velospoke Bike Expo. These kits go fast, so some sizes and colours may sell out, buying online before the event guarantees that you’ll get what you are looking for.
Have a look through our FAQ and if you still have a question just fire us an email at [email protected]. Our office is open from Monday to Friday from 9-5pm and we endeavor to return all emails within 1-2 business days.
In the lead up to our event, we will be producing 3 orders of the 2019 Kit. Once we place the order with Jakroo, it will be approximately 6-weeks to when it is delivered to our office. If you opt to have that delivered expect another week or so before it is delivered to your shipping address. Our first order will be placed in early February so the first batch will be out in March.
All orders for pick up will be available at the Velospoke Bike Expo on September 6th. Once you’ve picked up your Race Package, stop by the Merch booth to collect your kit.
Yes! Kits will be available throughout the year at RBC GranFondo Whistler events and of course the Velospoke Bike Expo. Come visit us at our Prima Fondos, Car Free Days and more. Check us out our website and social media to stay up to date on these events. The stock may be limited, so it is always best to order online and guarantee that you get your size and colour.
Please note, that due to the volume of sales, we are unable to offer a pickup option from our office. All orders set to pick up will be collected at the Velospoke Bike Expo Merch Booth on September 6th, 2019.
The right fit is essential and we understand that different brands don’t fit exactly the same. Once we have the first batch of the kit, we will work to get samples out to local stores, so you can find your perfect Jakroo size. Until then, consult the Jakroo fit and sizing page to get an idea of what you need.
If the fit isn’t quite right, you can exchange it for the right size, just check out our exchanges information below.
So you got your jersey and it doesn’t fit, now what? Depending on your location there are a couple of options. You can either pop it right back in the mail to our office and once it is received we will send you back the new requested size. If you happen to find yourself close to our office, you can schedule a time to drop by and do the exchange in person. We can only accept exchanges if the product is in its original condition.
With the jerseys being made to order, once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to do a refund. If the kit doesn’t live up to your standards, we can offer a store credit or exchange. If there are issues or concerns with your order, please reach out to [email protected] and we’ll be happy to assist.
We do ship internationally. International orders are shipped via Canada Post and usually take 10-14 Business Days. If your order is being shipped outside of Canada, please be aware that you may be responsible for customs and duties fees which will be requested and collected from your country’s customs agency.
Our shipping charges are based on the number of items and whether you are located in Canada, North America or further afield. We reserve the right to adjust our shipping and handling charges, should an order be larger than a typical parcel, if this happens a member of our team will be in touch to discuss what options are available prior to making any changes.
Absolutely. We provide a 30-day price match guarantee. If you purchase an item from us and see the same piece discounted within 30 days, you may request a credit to your original form of payment by emailing us at [email protected]
