We are lucky to live and be based in one of the cleanest air areas in the world. With hot conditions and plentiful pristine rain forest covering most of British Columbia and surroundings, wildfires and wind conditions can on some years combine to provide summertime challenges to our communities.
- After wildfire smoke in early August, the air quality in Vancouver and the Sea-to-Sky corridor is currently at very clean levels (see below links). Prevailing winds are forecast to continue or further improve these conditions.
With many months of training under your belt, we are delighted and excited to be welcoming the world to Vancouver / Whistler on September 8.
