We’ve teamed up with Jamie Armstrong, founder of Method Indoor Cycling, to bring you 8 free online cycling classes that you can join twice a week over the next month.
All you need is a stationary bike, any type of device able to run Zoom meetings*, a towel and water bottle – and let’s get a sweat on!
Classes are 7.00am – 8:00am on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, starting April 14 until May 7th. Don’t forget to set your calendar reminders!
New! Classes are now 60 minutes long with no cap on attendee numbers.

What can you expect from these live Zoom classes?
Participants who join can expect to be guided through a 40-minute workout consisting of a progressive warm-up, interval sets as well as tips about improving their posture, pedal stroke, and gearing.
These classes are great for all levels and abilities with emphasis on having fun and staying connected. It’s about coming together during this time and doing something we love together (sort of).
Don’t forget to bring a towel!
